My husband and I were looking at spec homes with our realtor when we met Keith with Design Custom Homes. We liked one of the plans so we met with Keith a couple times to go over the changes we would like to see made and Keith was very helpful in bringing up ideas with us before the plan was formally drawn up.  Along the building process, after the cement was poured, we had some concerns in the basement area that we were finishing off and Keith met with us on a Sunday to answer all of our questions and walk us through the changes. When we left that day we were feeling good about the changes Keith came up with. Never did we feel left out in the building process and when concerns came up on our end Keith either met with us right away or answered our questions over the phone.

I just wanted to take to a moment to let you know that Jeff went above and beyond yesterday when he came over to paint.  Since he had the paint out and with him, he touched up a few additional spots in the house that needed a touch up.  I just wanted to make sure that someone was aware and pass on a great experience that I had yesterday.

Keith and Dena have been wonderful in keeping me informed during the build of my condo. They are very responsive with any questions I had and such great quality work. They have been truthful each step of the way.

Since 2000, I have had many opportunities to work with Keith Holmes on building projects both professionally and personally. He built our family home in Savannah Village in 2004, and in 2010, he added a beautiful, custom screen porch to the back of our house. Many of my clients have purchased new construction homes from Keith or have built custom homes with Keith, and I continue to refer home owners to him for new construction and/or remodeling projects. Purchased a spec home from Design Custom Homes and Keith and his team were a joy to work with the whole way. We just had our 60 day walk through after closing to go over odds and ends that needed to be taken care of and they were very punctual at addressing these matters. The office manager, Dena is amazing and very responsive! We’ve been hearing horror stories from other neighbors who are trying to work with a different builder for their warranty work. Their requests are being ignored over and over. I feel so bad for them. We’re lucky we chose the right builder and team for our home. Thank you Design Custom Homes!

We just met with our property tax adjuster and wanted to let you know that he said that our home was one of the nicer ones that he has seen. He apparently sees a lot of houses in Madison and was really impressed with the construction of our home. Just wanted to let you know that we were still extremely happy with the quality of our home and wanted to thank you again for doing a great job!
