• Great room
• Downstairs office and bathroom
• Mudroom with lockers
• Master bedroom with ensuite and two additional bedrooms upstairs
• Prayer Room 

There is also the option of finishing off the lower level with a family room, two more bedrooms, and a bathroom for additional living space. Waiting on permits and developer approval and we are ready to go!
