We just met with our property tax adjuster and wanted to let you know that he said that our home was one of the nicer ones that he has seen. He apparently sees a lot of houses in Madison and was really impressed with the construction of our home. Purchased a spec home from Design Custom Homes and Keith and his team were a joy to work with the whole way. We just had our 60 day walk through after closing to go over odds and ends that needed to be taken care of and they were very punctual at addressing these matters. I just wanted to take to a moment to let you know that Jeff went above and beyond yesterday when he came over to paint. Since he had the paint out and with him, he touched up a few additional spots in the house that needed a touch up. I just wanted to make sure that someone was aware and pass on a great experience that I had yesterday.
